Spiritual State of the Meeting-Session 3

Worship-sharing session on queries for Spiritual State of the Meeting report. 

February 16, 12:30.  Please join us to reflect on the spiritual state of Bethesda Friends Meeting.  This is an important part of our process of self-reflection that we engage in each year at this time. 

• We will be meeting in the open classroom at the back of the multipurpose room in the Groome Building (go through the doorway and past the stairwell that is on the left side of the stage).  Everyone’s input is important, and we would love to hear from you!

We will be considering two queries:

Query 1. How well does our Meeting nurture our spiritual lives and provide opportunities for rich and supportive interactions amongst all of us?

Query 2 . How might we deepen our capacity for compassion and generosity as we interact with individuals, groups, and organizations external to our Meeting community?

A first reading of the report will be held at the March Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business, with a second reading in April.

After approval, it is forwarded to Baltimore Yearly Meeting.
