Coordinating Gathering

Representatives of BFM committees meet on the Sunday before Meeting for Business to discuss and prepare the upcoming agenda. The gathering is usually the last Sunday of the month, but can change during the summer and over holiday weekends. It is held from 12:30-2:00. These meetings are open to all who wish to attend.
