Conversation with CASA

October 4, 12:30 – On Sunday, come to hear a representative from CASA talk about the program they have developed to train immigrants for a wide variety of jobs needed by homeowners and businesses.  As one member of CASA said, “hiring these workers is a form of resistance.”  When we hire these workers for our homes and businesses, we are keeping them out of the Home Depot lots and thus safer from ICE agents.  Get something to eat and drink at coffee hour, and then join us in the Meeting Room to hear about this program! Their workers can handle a lot of home projects!
