We meet for worship each first day (Sunday) in early (9:30 AM) and midday (11:00 AM) sessions that last about an hour each. The midday Meeting is most heavily attended. Everyone is urged to arrive a little early to get settled in the Meeting room and begin centering down for worship. To facilitate this important process, latecomers to the midday meeting are asked to wait in the adjacent library until 11:15 when the children leave for First Day School classes.
We have refreshments and conversation in the library after the rise of Meeting on most Sundays. However, on the second Sunday of the month, we share a potluck lunch. Please feel free to join with us even if you have brought no food; your presence with us is important and there is always enough food to go around.
The early Meeting for Worship usually begins at 9:30, is more lightly attended and often silent. On the first Sunday of the month (except during summer when schedules shift) our early Meeting becomes a Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business (Business Meeting) that begins at 9:15.
