Welcome
to the Bethesda Friends Meeting of the Religious Society
of Friends (Quakers). We are a congregation of about 150
families and individuals seeking divine guidance.
Please join us for worship
during our regularly scheduled
meeting times. We provide child
care
for infants and toddlers as well as First Day School (Sunday School)
for Pre-K through High School. Our Meeting room is air conditioned and
wheelchair accessible. Directions
are available for those interested in driving or using public
transportation. The calendar
contains information about committee activities and events of interest.
We regularly update the calendar, so check back often!

info@bethesdafriends.org or call us at 301-986-8681.
Our Meeting is a one of a group of "monthly"
Meetings that make up Baltimore Yearly Meeting. To learn more about
that larger association and the component Meetings in this general
area, we suggest visiting the Baltimore
Yearly Meeting Website.
To learn more about Quakerism in general, we
suggest you visit the Friends
General Conference Website.
Members and attenders are encouraged to:
Query for May: Outreach
As the way
opens, how do I share Friends’ principles with others? In what
ways do I make everyone, including newcomers, feel welcome in meetings
for worship? How can I find ways to encourage a sense of community
within the Meeting?
